Aurelius Ascend is offering, for a limited time only, a 90-minute Fundraising Strategy Audit for Canadian non-profit organizations and charities. The audit is designed to provide a high-level review of your organization's current fundraising operations to identify gaps in the fundraising strategy, and ultimately produce a series of recommendations to increase revenue generation for your organization.
What's included in the audit:
Pre-Audit Review: A review of the information submitted in the pre-audit intake form, which includes revenue mix overview, donor retention, key campaigns, and more.
90-minute Live Audit Review: A structured discussion covering donor/funder acquisition & retention, pipeline, campaign strategy/calendar, and fundraising capacity.
Post-Audit Review Action Plan: An overview of the live audit session, priority recommendations, and a 90-day action plan.
Timeline:
Purchase: Upon purchasing this service, you will receive links to complete the intake form and book the live audit session. Please make sure to book the live audit session a minimum of 5 days after submitting the intake form.
Pre-audit review: Once the intake form has been completed, Aurelius Ascend will conduct a pre-audit review to prepare for the live audit review.
Live-Audit Review: To take place a minimum of 5 days after the completion of the intake form.
Post-Audit Review Action Plan: To be delivered to your organization within 5 business days post-audit.
What's not included: This engagement does not include grant writing/submission, implementation of recommendations, donor database management, ongoing advisory calls beyond the session, and/or staff training. These services are available under separate retainer or project agreements.
Payment: Full payment is due upon purchase of this service. This engagement is non-refundable once the purchase has been made. Rescheduling the live-audit session is permitted with at least 48 hours notice.
